Global Talent Tracker

A powerful new resource to help organisation navigate today’s complex labour markets.

In partnership with Hays

This interactive tool brings together data from 35 countries across five key pillars:

  • Value
  • Participation
  • Development
  • Flexibility
  • Innovation

Developed in partnership with Hays, the Global Talent Tracker provides a comprehensive, multi-dimensional view of labour market performance across 35 key countries and a number of industries. Focusing on five core pillars, the Tracker combines carefully selected and comparable data from reputable sources to ensure a consistent and credible assessment. Using Principal Component Analysis (PCA), a statistical method that reduces complex datasets into single composite measures, it allows for clear comparisons while minimizing subjective bias.

These pillar scores are then averaged to generate an overall Tracker score, offering a broad view of relative labour market performance. The results of the index are then complemented with in depth research on a number of key markets identified by Hays. The Tracker is being utilised by organisations to make informed decisions quickly, providing clarity and insight into labour market dynamics to guide strategic talent planning.
