Rob is an Associate Director in the Applied Economic Consulting team within the Economic Impact department.

Since joining Oxford Economics in 2018, he has run many high-profile economic impact studies in the aerospace, defence and transport sectors, including for clients such as BAE Systems, Leonardo UK and the European Express Association.
He has also run environmental impact studies, such as looking at the socioeconomic contribution of the European Commission's Clean Sky 2 aviation R&D programme, and the environmental impact of the German fashion industry.

Rob has previously worked for the economics advisory team of EY, for the macroeconomics team at the Centre of Economics and Business Research, and for marketing analytics company Gain Theory. Rob has an MSc in economics and econometrics from the University of Bristol.

Robert joined Oxford Economics in September 2022 after graduating from Queen's University Belfast with a first class honours in Finance, and received an award for being the top graduate in my year. He completed a 12 month placement with CME Group before returning to university for his final year of study.

Since joining OE, Robert has been working in the EMEA Macro consulting team in Belfast and his work so far has included custom economic modelling, bespoke economic impact reports, and forecasting the economies of Kosovo and Montenegro. In his free time, Robert enjoy's surfing, tennis and playing guitar!

Rory joined Oxford Economics in September 2020 after graduating from the University of Exeter with a first-class BSc in Economics. While at university, he completed an industrial placement year at Oxford Economics in our Latin American Macro Forecasting team. His undergraduate dissertation focused on the drivers of currency crises in emerging markets with floating exchange rates.

Ruchira joined BIS Oxford Economics in 2019, in macroeconomic consulting. Ruchira has worked on several buy side and sell side Due Diligence projects for assets spanning energy, transport, and real-estate. Additionally, Ruchira leads our climate change consulting team in Australasia.

Ruchira also has experience in the energy sector, working on several gas and electricity outlook reports for the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO), leading the development of industrial sector demand forecasts including regularly interviewing energy intensive industrial users of gas and electricity; producing retail gas price forecasts and conducting scenario setting consultation with industry.

Ryan is among the most accurate high-frequency forecasters of the U.S. economy, according to MarketWatch and Bloomberg LP.

Prior to joining Oxford Economics, Ryan led real-time economics at Moody's Analytics and was a member of the U.S. macroeconomics team. He was also head of the firm’s monetary policy research, following actions by the Federal Reserve and examining its potential impact on the U.S. economy.

Ryan is an adjunct professor in the Economics and Finance Department at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. He received a master’s degree in finance from John’s Hopkins University, a master's degree in economics from the University of Delaware, and a bachelor's degree in economics from Washington College.

Sam Moore is Managing Director, Economic Consultancy in charge of economic impact and cities services at Oxford Economics. He manages Oxford Economics’ London office and is responsible for coordinating and managing many of Oxford Economics’ major consultancy projects.

Prior to joining Oxford Economics Sam spent the previous eight years with Experian, where he managed a team of economists responsible for economic modelling. Prior to joining Experian in 1998, Sam worked in the macroeconomics division at the Office for National Statistics. He graduated from Warwick University, from which he also has an MSc in Economics, gaining a distinction for his dissertation.

Sami leads a team of economists who undertake economic impact studies for multinational corporations, industry groups, and governments in Europe and the Middle East. Since joining Oxford Economics in June 2023, Sami has led a number of large consulting projects for clients in the energy, aviation, and beverages sectors.

Before joining Oxford Economics, Sami spent nearly ten years in the UK Government Economic Service at both the Department for International Trade and Office for National Statistics, where he developed expertise in global supply chains analysis, assessing the impact of foreign direct investment, and compiling Balance of Payments statistics.

Sami holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from Manchester Metropolitan University and a MSc in Economic Policy from School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London.

Samuel joined Oxford Economics in September 2023 as an economist and is based in the London office. Prior to this, he studied Economics (Bsc) at the University of Bristol and later completed Economics (Msc) at UCL. Intertwined with his studies, Samuel has worked in other fields within consulting.

Before university Samuel completed a Year In Industry placement year at Quod, a leading planning consultancy based in London. During this year Samuel worked in the socio-economic working on nationally significant infrastructure projects in the UK. After this Samuel worked at Wood Mackenzie, a major energy consultancy placed in the liquified natural gas (LNG) teams as a junior analyst. Within economics, Samuel is interested in macroeconomics and the ever-evolving intersection of economics with machine learning. His master’s thesis applied the latest algorithms in sentiment analysis to estimate how sentiment gets conveyed from central banks through the media, to the market.

Scott Livermore is the Chief Economist of Oxford Economics Middle East and based in Oxford’s Dubai office. He is also Managing Director of Consultancy in the Middle East and Asia, as well as a member of Oxford Economics’ Senior Management Team. Scott leads many of the major projects in the GCC and Asia which have recently included capacity building, macroeconomic modelling, and policy impact assessment engagements for government institutions in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Oman, and IFRS 9 and Stress Testing engagements in Singapore, Thailand, and Hong Kong.

After completing a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics at St. Edmund Hall, Oxford University, and an MSc in Economics at University College London, Scott joined Oxford Economic Forecasting in 1997. During his initial five years at OEF, he worked as a country analyst for a number of European countries and participated in numerous consultancy projects for a variety of international organisations, governments and multinational companies using both Oxford Economics’ Global Economic Model and bespoke economic models.

Scott rejoined Oxford Economics in 2005 as a senior economist after spending two years at the Ministry of Finance in the Slovak Republic assisting with the government's medium-term macroeconomic framework and developing the analytical capacity of the ministry to prepare such forecasts. He has also held the positions of Managing Director of Macro and Industry Services, Managing Director of Macro Consulting, and COO of Oxford Economics USA.

Prior to joining Oxford Economics, Sean spent two years working for RBB Economics as a competition economist. At RBB he was involved in the economic assessment of competition cases across a range of industries, including antitrust investigations in the telecommunications sector.

Sean holds an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and a BSc in Economics from the University of York.
