Sneak preview: our new Asia Real Estate Service
George Armitage
Managing Director, Global Real Estate & Specialist Markets Group
I am thrilled to announce we will be introducing our Asia Real Estate Economics Service next week, the final piece of the puzzle in our Global Real Estate Forecasting Service.
The new service will help investors, developers and lenders understand the implications of macroeconomic, geopolitical, financial and climate change on private and public real estate performance across Asia. The first globally consistent and independent set of real estate forecasts, the service will offer regular analysis and commentary from our highly experienced team of real estate economists.
What will the Asia service include?
- Forecasts & Scenarios: Asia real estate forecasts and scenarios covering all sectors. Forecasts out to 2050, which are consistent with Oxford Economics’ macroeconomic outlook.
- Written analysis of the impact on supply and demand-side factors, including economic, financial, capital markets and climate change
- Event-driven commentary
