The AI Export Boom and Its Impact on APAC Real Estate

5 October 2026 – 10.00am HKT (Hong Kong)
online

AI-driven export growth has become one of the few genuine offsets to APAC’s energy price shock, propping up regional growth where it might otherwise have stalled.

But the benefit isn’t shared equally, and neither is its transmission into real estate.

We will explore what is the impact of AI on the real estate markets in the major market of the region. What is the impact on the different sectors: office demand, translation into industrial and logistics absorption, data centre-adjacent investment and on the different countries.

We will also cover what other megatrends are in play for APAC real estate market future performance.

If you can’t attend the session, you can still register and receive the recording once the session has ended.

This webinar is being held on our new platform, ON24. If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your junk and spam folders.
