Elliot joined the EMEA Macro Consulting division of Oxford Economics in February 2022. Since joining, he has worked on a variety of bespoke macroeconomic consultancy projects, with a focus on economic forecasting, international education and issues relating to the financial sector. In addition to consultancy work, Elliot produces regular forecasts and country reports for Israel and Bangladesh. Elliot holds a BSc (first-class honours) and MSc (Distinction) in Economics from The University of Bristol. In his dissertation, Elliot explored the relationship between government debt and economic growth utilising a dynamic panel econometric model.
