Graeme Harrison is the Director of EMEA, Macro Consulting. Previously Graeme was Associate Director in Oxford Economics’ Economic Impact and Cities Team. Graeme has managed large-scale macroeconomic modelling and economic consulting projects across the globe for public and corporate clients such as the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa, the Abu Dhabi Department for Economic Development, Indonesia’s state planning agency Bappenas, the UK Department for International Development and the Big Four professional services firms.

Graeme also currently manages Oxford Economics’ African and Middle East Cities Forecasting Service and led the development of the Global Cities Forecasting Service covering the world’s largest 750+ cities. Graeme’s areas of specialism include macroeconomic model building, international development and education & skills.

Graeme has also previously acted as a macroeconomic technical advisor to finance ministries in Uganda and South Sudan. Prior to joining Oxford Economics in 2006, Graeme spent two years as a Senior Economist working for the Ugandan Ministry of Finance through the distinguished Overseas Development Institute (ODI) Fellowship Programme.

Graeme graduated from Queen’s University in 2002 with a first-class honours degree in Finance and received the Financial Times award for outstanding performance. Graeme later obtained an MSc Finance with distinction, also from Queen’s.

Graham is the Global Infrastructure and Construction Lead at Oxford Economics.

He is also the Global Business Consultant at Pinsent Masons LLP - the world's top-ranked firm of lawyers for construction. He has 35 years of experience in the infrastructure and construction sector.

He is one of the world's leading global construction economists, according to Engineering News Record (ENR) in the US. He leads consultancy assignments and is an author of Global Construction 2030 and many other industry reports and writes regularly for journals and other media.

Graham was previously a Partner and Head of Management Consulting for one of the largest global management and construction consultants and he was Commercial Director of the renowned Centre for Strategic Studies in Construction as a part of the School of Construction Management and Engineering at the University of Reading - a recognised global centre of excellence in construction strategy.

Greg is a Senior Economist at Tourism Economics, an Oxford Economics company. He focuses in the areas of economic and fiscal impact assessment, market viability and strategy, business planning and analysis, and facility and other capital project planning.

Greg has over 14 years of consulting experience serving clients in the tourism, sports, and meeting industries. Prior to joining Tourism Economics, Greg was a Manager in PwC’s Hospitality & Leisure Practice. Greg holds an MBA, MS in Corporate Finance, BS in Finance, and BS in Sports Management from the University of Tampa and also is an adjunct professor of finance at the University of Tampa.

Greg is a Senior Economist in the consulting team at Oxford Economic Africa. His work focuses on undertaking economic impact studies for multinational corporations, industry groups, and governments, offering clients insights into the socio-economic effects of policies, regulatory changes, and events.
Prior to joining the consulting team, Greg worked in the company’s macroeconomic subscription services, where he was responsible for the macroeconomic analysis of Uganda, Rwanda, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Burundi, and the Republic of Congo. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Bath and an MCom in Economics from the University of Pretoria.

Gustav is an Assistant Economist in the Cities & Regions team, he primarily produces forecasts for Sweden, Finland, Belgium and Luxembourg. He holds an MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science where he was awarded the MSc Real Estate Economics and Finance best dissertation prize.

Hamilton Galloway joined Oxford Economics in 2014 as Head of US Consultancy - a team focused heavily on developing quality, customized research, analysis and impact modeling services for a range of private and public organizations. Prior to joining Oxford Economics, Mr. Galloway worked nearly seven years as an economist, senior consultant and manager at Economic Modeling Specialists Int (EMSI), a data and analytic company based in the US.

Mr. Galloway's work included building a consultancy presence in the US, conducting bespoke economic and labour market research and engaging public and private sector clients. In 2013/14 he lived and worked in the UK as a senior consultant, focusing on developing data-driven, decision-making analytics and reports for use across public entities and education. He has authored numerous reports, publications, as well as economic development user guides and even a textbook chapter.

Haneef Mohamed Niyas is a second-year degree apprentice in the Cities Team and has worked on Malaysia sub-national forecasting. Previously, he was part of the Economic Impact Team, where he supported economists on a range of consulting projects.

Hannah is a Senior Economist in the Economic Footprint and Sustainability team, based in Frankfurt, Germany, where she focuses on bespoke consulting projects for clients across continental Europe. Joining Oxford Economics in 2022, she has worked with several private and public clients such as federal ministries and the EU-Commission. Her expertise spans various fields including policy analysis, finance, construction, manufacturing and creative industries.

She holds a B.Sc. in Economics from Philipps University Marburg and a M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Mannheim. Additionally, Hannah enriched her academic experience with semesters abroad in the UK and Switzerland.

Harry Murphy Cruise is the Head of Economic Research and Global Trade at Oxford Economics Australia. He leads the Australian Macroeconomic Service and global trade initiatives, including TradePrism. Harry frequently provides insights to major media outlets, including CNBC, BBC, Reuters, and the Wall Street Journal. His research primarily focuses on global trade and investment flows, with particular interest in the challenges and opportunities of economic decoupling.

Harry holds a master’s degree in international and development economics from the Australian National University and a bachelor’s degree in arts and commerce from Monash University. He is a PhD candidate at ANU, exploring the role of China’s diverse households and firms in the country’s economic transition.

Prior to joining Oxford Economics, Harry was the Head of China and Australia Economics at Moody's Analytics. He was previously responsible for Australian state and territory analysis at Deloitte Access Economics.

Harry joined Oxford Economics in November 2020 having completed his studies. He obtained his BSc in Economics at Warwick University and subsequently achieved a distinction in his MSc Economics at St Andrews, in which he specialised in Econometrics. His dissertation investigated the causal impact of the 2012 Olympic Games on the UK economy and utilised a synthetic control model. Harry was also awarded an academic scholarship from The University of St. Andrews.

Hayden is an Economist in Oxford Economics’ climate & energy economics practice, specialising in energy-sector analysis, regional modelling, and scenario-based forecasting. He graduated with a Bachelor of Economics with First Class Honours from the University of Technology Sydney.

Helen is a Lead Economist within Tourism Economics, with more than a decade of experience in economic modelling and consultancy.

She specializes in tourism forecasting, tourism economic impact analysis including Tourism Satellite Account analysis and providing bespoke scenario analysis which caters to a range of client needs. She also manages the Global Travel Service (GTS) and Global City Travel (GCT) services, which provide timely forecasts of bilateral tourism flow across 185 countries and 300 cities, as well as other core tourism indicators including overnight stays and tourism spending.

In addition to her regular forecasting work, Helen also plays a lead role in Tourism Economic’ consultancy services. Key projects that Helen has been involved in include the Oxford Economics Economic Impact Research, produced on behalf of the World Travel & Tourism Company which measures the contribution of the travel & tourism sector to the wider economy across 185 countries worldwide. Helen is also responsible for producing quarterly forecasts for the hotel industry across a range of markets in Europe, the Middle East and Asia in partnership with STR. Further, Helen plays a lead role in providing ongoing support ranging across a spectrum of tourism initiatives with Qatar Tourism Authority, which includes providing forecasts of travel demand to Qatar and detailed accommodation forecasting to aid QTA in developing key policy initiatives.

Henry Worthington is the Managing Director for Economic Consulting in Oxford Economics’ consultancy division managing a team of economists in London across a diverse range of projects featuring economic impact modelling, macroeconomic modelling and forecasting and scenario analysis.

He joined Oxford Economics in 2008, originally as part of the global macroeconomics team. As part of the macro team Henry assumed forecasting responsibility for a number of countries including Russia, Poland and Hungary. In 2010, Henry moved to the consultancy team. He has since led and managed a wide range of projects, notably an evaluation of the economic benefits of unconventional oil and gas extraction in Tunisia, research into the economic impact of hotel investments on behalf of the IFC, building a macroeconomic model for forecasting and scenario analysis in Abu Dhabi and developing a macroeconomic model to assess the implications of the introduction of VAT in the Bahamas.

Henry was educated at the University of Cambridge, where he gained a first-class degree in Economics, becoming the William Stone Scholar of Economics, and an MPhil in Modern Society and Global Transformations.

Honwae is a Lead Economist in the Cities and Regions team, responsible for model development, US subnational forecasting and scenarios service, and bespoke modelling on consultancy projects. Prior to joining Oxford Economics Honwae spent four years at Experian on the economic modelling team, where his work included economic impact modelling, producing UK sub-regional forecasts, and bespoke forecasting. He also worked at the Department for Transport in the team responsible for the department’s transport model.

Honwae has a BSc in Economics from Royal Holloway, University of London, and an MSc in Economics from the University of Warwick.

Hugo is a Senior Economist in the Cities and Regions team, specialising in regional and urban economic development, socio-economic analysis, and policy.

Assistant Economist, Economic Impact

Ignazio Carboni is Associate Business Development Manager within the BD team of Oxford Economics in Italy. He joined Oxford Economics in February 2019.

Ignazio has a BA in Economics and a MSc in International Management, both from Cagliari University.

Innes McFee is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Economist of Oxford Economics, based in London. Innes is responsible for coordinating and managing Oxford Economics' global economic analysis, forecasting and consultancy activities, and overseeing its global team of over 450 professionals including 300 economists and analysts.  Innes has worked in the Macroeconomic Consulting and the Macro & Investor Services teams since joining Oxford Economics in 2017. Most recently he has led the growth in Oxford Economics’ subscription business writing and presenting to clients globally on macroeconomic, investment strategy and real estate issues.

Innes joined Oxford Economics after 6 years at Lloyds Banking Group as a Senior Economist, where he was responsible forecasts and analysis of the UK and international economy. Prior to joining Lloyds Innes was an Economic Advisor at HM Treasury. Innes has a first-class undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Durham and an MSc in Economics from Warwick University.
