Evie is a Senior Economist in the Economic Footprint and Sustainability team at Oxford Economics. She works on a variety of projects including economic footprint studies, cost-benefit analysis, and user model development.

Evie holds a first-class BSc (Hons) in Economics and Politics with Industrial Experience from the University of Exeter and an MSc with Distinction in Economics from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London.

Fabian joined our Economic Impact team in 2023, bringing over five years of experience in economic research in both Spanish and English. He holds a master’s degree from NYU and has a proven track record of managing large-scale projects in partnership with the World Bank and other international development institutions. At Oxford, Fabian has specialized in survey analysis for economic impact and consumer valuation projects, leveraging his background to deliver insightful and actionable results for our clients.

Federico Chirico is a business professional with over 15 years of experience in thought leadership, strategy consulting, and sales. He currently serves as the Head of Business Development for Asia at Oxford Economics, where he leads the firm's efforts in consulting across various sectors.

Prior to joining Oxford Economics, Federico held various positions at The Economist Group and Thomson Reuters, where he gained extensive experience in EMEA and South East Asia. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Genova, a Master's degree from the University of Leicester, and a Postgraduate Diploma from Stanford University. His areas of expertise include technology, sustainability, and healthcare.

Felicity Hannon is an Associate Director of Oxford Economics’ Climate Scenarios and Macroeconomic Modelling team and has been in this role for over four years. Felicity is responsible for the publication of climate scenarios and regular research on the economic impact of climate change for the new Global Climate Service. She oversees a number of consultancy projects at OE including climate regulatory stress testing and bespoke scenario analysis. Felicity also worked with her team to introduce climate change scenario levers on the Global Economic Model. Previously, Felicity worked as a senior policy advisor at HM Treasury.

Felipe is a Lead Economist at Oxford Economics, based in London, UK. He is resposible for the macroeconomic coverage and forecast of Brazil, as well as bespoke quantitative research on global macro topics. Felipe has extensive experience covering emerging market economies and developed skills as a macro strategist since his prior years at a Brazilian pension fund. He currently holds an MSc in economics from Fundacao Getulio Vargas (FGV), in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Fen is the HR Operations Specialist for the Oxford Economics Africa office. She has over 15 years HR experience and has worked across 3 different continents, being Africa, Australia and Europe. Fen is a passionate and dedicated HR professional whose mission is create a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages self expression, honesty, respect and integrity.

Florent graduated from a Master degree at IAE Bordeaux while he holds a BA in Business from South Korea (Hallym University). He first gains some experience developing a start-up among the water industry in Mexico and then by planning the strategic development and selling services for the TV industry in Brazil before joining Oxford Economics.

Francesca is a Senior Economist in the Scenarios and Modelling team. Her current area of focus is running bespoke climate change scenarios for international clients, as well as building bespoke and integrated models for clients and enhancing the Global Economic Model.

Last year Francesca took a year out to complete her Masters in Economics from the University of Surrey and achieved a distinction.

Francesco is an Economist on the Global Industry Service at Oxford Economics. He is responsible for the sectoral forecasts of the mechanical engineering sector. Alongside that, he works on a number of bespoke consultancy projects with a focus on the ones pertinent to the engineering sector.

Before joining Oxford Economics, he worked for a year as an econometric analyst at OMD. There, in addition to building mix marketing regression models for various clients, he implemented automation workflows for the extraction and processing of data. Francesco holds an MSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and a BSc in Economics from King’s College London. He is fluent in English, Italian and Spanish.

François Conradie is a Lead Political Economist at OE Africa. He studied a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics at the University of Stellenbosch, and holds an MPhil in Futures Studies from the same university. He began his career in marketing, then spent three years in financial services in Tunisia and Morocco. He started doing analysis for OE Africa in August 2011 and was Head of Research from 2016 to 2019. In his current role he pilots research on political risk in Africa, while covering politics in North and West Africa and economics in Morocco.

François Conradie is a Lead Political Economist at OE Africa. He studied a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics at the University of Stellenbosch, and holds an MPhil in Futures Studies from the same university. He began his career in marketing, then spent three years in financial services in Tunisia and Morocco. He started doing analysis for OE Africa in August 2011 and was Head of Research from 2016 to 2019. Gabriel delivers macro-economic products tailored for corporates and financial markets, as head of a team that integrates EM macro and strategy views.  In recent years he has published wide-ranging research including on stagflation risks, monetary policy credibility, global savings, demographics, Covid scarring, risks and resilience in emerging markets, and sovereign crisis resolution. He joined from investment banking boutique Exotix in May 2014, following 20 years of public sector experience, including at the Bank of England and International Monetary Fund.

Genet is a Senior Economist on the Canadian Macro Consulting team. She supports the maintenance and development of the Canadian Provincial-Territorial Model (CPTM) and contributes to consulting engagements with public and private sector clients using economic scenario and risk analysis, forecasting and statistical analysis.  

Prior to joining Oxford Economics, she conducted economic research at the International Monetary Fund and collaborated with various Ministries of Finance, central banks, and think tanks on economic policy design. She holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Toronto. 

Geoffroy is Head of Climate Research in the Scenarios and Modelling Team at Oxford Economics, where he leads climate economics research supporting policy modelling developments and consultancy projects. He regularly writes research briefs on climate change, climate policy and low-carbon technologies. Before joining Oxford Economics, Geoffroy was a climate economist in the European Department of the International Monetary Fund and a Postdoctoral Fellow at Resources for the Future in Washington, DC. He obtained his PhD from the University of Cambridge.

George is responsible for managing and co-ordinating Oxford’s Global Real Estate division including all sales, product development and business strategy. George also heads up Oxford’s Specialist Markets Group, focusing on global growth across Oxford’s Tourism, BIS and NKC economic business groups.

George is a member of the senior management committee and has spent 9 years with Oxford, after joining in 2012 to set up its real estate division. His main responsibilities include growing Oxford Economics’ presence within the real estate sector throughout EMEA, Asia and the Americas.

Prior to joining Oxford Economics, George held roles with Real Capital Analytics (RCA) as Director of Business Development EMEA, Manager at CoStar UK and as an Associate for Savills Plc.
George is a member of the Society of Property Researchers (SPR), US Pension Real Estate Association (PREA) Research Affinity Group, The Investment Property Forum (IPF), Urban Land Institute (ULI) and Old Harrovian Property Club (OHPC).

George studied at Zurich International Business School, London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and Northumbria University (UK).

George is a Lead Economist in the Cities and Regions forecasting team. He manages Oxford Economics’ Global Cities forecasting service and associated research. George is also responsible for the team’s Middle Eastern regional forecasts, supporting clients on a range of bespoke projects.

Gerardo Moran is an Associate Director in the EMEA Macro Consulting team at Oxford Economics. He leads bespoke consulting engagements for corporate clients, helping them connect the dots between macroeconomic trends and business planning, with a particular focus on sales and market forecasting.

Gerardo holds a degree in Economics from CIDE (Mexico) and an MBA from IESE Business School. Before joining Oxford Economics, he was Head of Research at FocusEconomics and gained extensive experience in market intelligence and strategic planning at multinational companies including Cisco and Wärtsilä.

Gerrit van Rooyen has led the analysis of country risks and macroeconomic forecasts for several sub-Saharan African countries at Oxford Economics Africa for more than eight years. The countries he has covered includes South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Mauritius, Mozambique, Angola, Sao Tome and Principe, and Cape Verde. Gerrit has postgraduate degrees in Financial Economics and Journalism from the University of Stellenbosch and worked as a financial journalist at Media24 for nearly three years before joining Oxford Economics Africa. He was named Business Journalist of the Year at the 2015 Media24 Legends Awards and was also the overall winner of the 2022 Focus Economics Analyst Award for Angola, beating other top macroeconomic forecasters, such as Fitch Solutions, EIU, and JP Morgan.
