Stacy-Ann is the Head of Marketing and is responsible for the global marketing strategy, working in close partnership with Business Unit heads to develop an enhanced, high-performance group-wide marketing strategy geared to building the Oxford Economics brand and delivering in-bound sales lead generation across our subscription research and consulting businesses. She has over 15 years of B2B marketing experience gained primarily in the commodities industries, with extensive solutions, product and campaign marketing expertise.

Business Development Manager, SEA

Stephanie has been with Oxford Economics since 2018, she has supported the global business with HR needs. She is currently working on Global recruitment and Employee relations.

Stephanie has over 12 years of experience working with the Human resource industry, a degree in both Business management and Law. She has worked within the private investment banking industry, Finance and Retail.

Stephanie Williams is the Customer Relationship Executive for East Coast Finance and Asset Manager clients. Based in New York, she helps onboard new clients and ensure existing clients are leveraging their subscription to Oxford Economics' research.

Prior to joining Oxford, Stephanie worked with large buyout private equity firms in their due dilligences by connecting them to indsutry professionals.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian from Brigham Young University.

Stephen leads a team of economists who assess the economic impact of a variety of different firms and industries. Recent consultancy projects he has led include assessments for the World Travel and Tourism Council, Dubai Free Zones Council, the Aerospace Technology Institute, Funding Circle, Reckitt, and ASOS.

Stephen has also worked on Oxford’s Global Industry Service where he was responsible for forecasting the global transport sector, leading Oxford Economics' industry research, and managing consultancy projects for industrial organisations.

Stephen joined Oxford Economics from the UK civil service, where he worked on a range of macroeconomic, fiscal, tax and welfare policy issues across HM Treasury, the Office for Budget Responsibility and the Department for Work and Pensions.

Stephen manages the Air Passenger Forecast service which offers short- and long-term forecasts of air passenger flow for almost 4,000 routes and total flows for 183 countries, as well as alternative forecast scenarios for strategic decision-making. He has developed and maintained various bespoke forecast models for a range of clients from across the travel and tourism space as well as regularly contributing to the team's consultancy output.

Stephen holds a First Class Economics with Politics degree from the University of Ulster.

Sundus manages research programs for the Thought Leadership team, focusing on healthcare, the future of work, the data economy, and diversity and inclusion. She is involved in all aspects of research, from drafting hypotheses and designing global executive, employee, and consumer surveys to analyzing large datasets and reporting on the results in briefing papers and graphics. She also has experience conducting interviews, writing case studies, and presenting her research in webinars.

Sundus graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2018 with degrees in Public Policy and Economics.

Senior Economist, Macro Forecasting & Analysis

Suzan holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce and Business Administration from the Faculty of Foreign Trade Egypt. With more than 40 years of progressive, comprehensive experience as an accounting professional Suzan has a demonstrated ability to effectively plan, coordinate and meet deadlines of multiple projects.

Suzan has extensive knowledge of accounting procedures, concepts and reporting. Her broad-based analytical skills cover most aspects of accounting, administration and corporate matters.

Tatiana joined OE in May 2021. From 2017 to 2021, she ran her own macroeconomic research boutique, Emerginomics, as the Founder and Chief Economist, specializing in coverage of selected ex-USSR economies.

From 2012 to 2016, she worked as Director in CEEMEA Research at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Previously, she was employed as an emerging market economist in three other major investment banks (Credit Suisse, ING, and Nomura).

Tatiana holds an MSc in Economics from the LSE (2001) and Diploma in Economics with Distinction from the LSE (2000). From 1988 to 1994, she studied Applied Mathematics at the Moscow University of Electronics and Mathematics.

Tom has two years of experience in economic consulting, focusing on providing insightful research and quantitative solutions that are communicated clearly and effectively to all stakeholders with strategic interests across Europe, the Middle East and Australia. He has experience in cost escalation, macroeconomic analysis and forecasts, the housing market and producing reports for various subscription services.

Thomas is part of Oxford Economics' Macroeconomics Consulting team based in New York. He produces scenario analysis, forecasts, and data visualisations across a range of industries to help clients navigate the tumultuous economic environment.

Since joining Oxford Economics in 2017, Thomas has gained extensive experience in constructing large globally integrated macroeconomic models for countries across multiple regions, including Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Indonesia. Other experience includes conducting economic impact research and forecasting the economic contribution of the Travel & Tourism industry across 185 countries on behalf of the World Travel and Tourism Council, as well as carbon policy impacts on cargo flows at the Port of London and Rotterdam. Thomas has a first-class undergraduate degree in Economics with finance from Queen’s University Belfast and during his time at university, he received awards in recognition of his high level of achievement, namely graduating top of his cohort.

Timothy Hibbert leads the property, building, and demographic forecasting at BIS Oxford Economics. He has over 15 years of experience as an industry economist, working across government, consultancy, and subscription services.

Timothy Warren joined Oxford Economics Canada from IHS Automotive where he held Senior Sales responsibilities for OEM accounts offering a variety of services including sales forecasting, market insights, customer and spatial analytics.

Prior to IHS Automotive, Tim worked with MapInfo where he held sales and account responsibilities from such industries as retail, finance, package goods, not-for-profit and telecommunication. In addition, Tim was instrumental in developing key relationships for both data acquisition and predictive analytic partners.

Tim holds an Applied Geography Degree from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada and brings over 24 years of sales and account management experience to the organization.

Tomas is a Senior Economist in the Macro and Investor Services' eurozone team. He oversees the coverage of Central and Eastern Europe in addition to producing thematic research on the eurozone and developing modern, data-driven approaches to economic forecasting, including the use of alternative and high-frequency data.

Tomas holds an MA in economics from the University of Glasgow and an MSc in economics from the University College London. He previously worked as a data scientist at KPMG and as an advisor in the European Parliament.

Tony Stillo is the Director of Canada Economics at Oxford Economics. He leads the team responsible for preparing the macroeconomic forecast for Canada using Oxford Economics' Global Economic Model, reporting on key data releases, as well as producing and presenting research on key issues affecting the Canadian economy. Prior to joining Oxford Economics in 2018, Tony spent much of his career at the Ontario Ministry of Finance where he most recently led a team responsible for economic modelling, forecasting and impact analysis.

Trish started working for Oxford Economics in 2013 as a Client Service Executive. In this role, she supported account managers with administrative functions aimed at retaining clients and growing the business. Her contribution to Oxford Economics Africa’s growth has led to her being promoted to Account Manager in 2022. In her new role, she is responsible for all account management activities which include client relationships, secure renewals and growing the book of business.

Warren heads up Oxford’s UK Real Estate team and is responsible for strategic and commercial growth across UK, Ireland and Netherlands as well as supporting existing client relationships across the territory. He joined Oxford Economics in 2019 in the London office and has extensive experience and knowledge in the Real Estate industry. Prior to joining Oxford Economics, Warren was responsible for developing new logo revenue streams for Grosvenor Systems a software development company producing an all-in-one property management and accounting software solution. Warren is a member of the Society of Property Researchers (SPR).

William started working in the Oxford Economics finance team in January 2022 as a finance assistant. He holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Winchester.
