Kiran has worked at Oxford Economics for over 15 years. During her time at the company, she has had responsibility for forecasting commodity prices, including energy and metals and is currently working on developing the Commodity Service’s agricultural commodity offering. In addition, she has had responsibility for forecasting several different industrial sectors including metals and engineering for the Industry Service and is now responsible for forecasting the agriculture sector. Kiran has led several consultancy projects in the Industry Team while at Oxford Economics and continues to manage some of the projects in capital goods sector.

Prior to working at Oxford Economics, Kiran worked at CRU, a metals consultancy, where she contributed to the aluminium demand analysis. Kiran holds an MSc in Economics from Nottingham University and a BA (Hons) from Kingston University.

Kristian leads Oxford Economics Australia's Consulting team, working with public and private sector leaders to help them prepare for the future by applying relevant economic theory and forecasts to inform effective policy and business strategy development.

Kristin is a Property Economist within the Building & Property Forecasting team. She has been involved in forecasting, analysis, writing and support work for various commercial property reports over the past 16+ years.

Kristin's background is in economics and she is responsible for data collection and analysis, maintaining databases, conducting econometric analysis, forecasting and writing, preparing charts and tables for our subscription products in the non-residential sector.

Kristina Ballm is Financial Controller at Oxford Economics Australia and is responsible for the finance and administrative area of the business.

Prior to joining Oxford Economics Australia June 2018 she worked as a Financial Controller at RFi Group in Sydney and Kuoni Global Travel Services in London. Kristina is a Certified Chartered Accountant having gained her ACCA membership in the UK. She also holds a bachelors degree in economics from Kaunas University of Technology.

Lauren Braniff is a Senior Economist on the EMEA macro consulting team, based in Belfast. Lauren has been heavily involved in several large-scale industry and macroeconomic model-build projects, as well as a range of bespoke consultancy and research projects.

Laurence is a Lead Economist in the economic consulting team in New York. He was previously Director of Policy Research and Economics at Bird, the electric scooter company. He has extensive experience performing economic modeling, research and analysis for private and public organizations and has worked doing economic analysis for litigation consulting at companies in the US and UK. He has also lectured at the University of Johannesburg, the University of Cape Town, and NYU. He has a PhD in economics from Columbia University.

Business Development Manager

Lawrence Harper-Scott is a senior economist, he primarily produces forecasts for regions in the Nordics and Central & Eastern Europe. Before joining Oxford Economics Lawrence graduated from Loughborough University with a degree in Economics.

Lee has over 20 years experience in researching and forecasting Australian property markets, particularly in non-residential sectors. He is responsible for managing and producing a number of subscription services across Australia’s commercial property markets.

Lee’s current focus is on the Sydney and Perth office property markets, as well as prospects for the Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane industrial property markets. Lee also contributes to consulting work, including the financial evaluation of commercial development, the economic impact of major projects and strategic employment studies.

Leeuwner Esterhuysen, who obtained his master's degree in economics from Stellenbosch University, is an economist at Oxford Economics Africa. He is responsible for providing coverage and analysis on various West African nations, and spearheads research in the region.

Leo is a Senior Economist within the macroeconomics forecasting division of Oxford Economics. He is based in Paris and is responsible for producing macroeconomic forecasts for France.

Before joining Oxford Economics, Leo worked for seven years as an economist across various organizations, including the French Treasury, the asset management firm Covéa Finance and the economic consultancy Centolla. Léo holds a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics, as well as the Ecole normale supérieure and Sciences Po in Lyon.

Lead Economist, Economic Consulting, Asia

Liam has worked in the Scenarios, Stress Testing and Financial Modelling team since he joined Oxford Economics in 2017. He develops regulatory scenarios for financial clients including for IFRS9 and stress testing. He is also responsible for overseeing model development projects to enhance the financial market coverage on the Global Economic Model and building bespoke macro-financial models for clients.

Prior to joining Oxford Economics, Liam gained an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Bath. As part of the course, he spent a placement year working at the Bank of England where he received the Governor’s award for his contributions during the EU referendum. In 2021, he completed a MSc at the University of Amsterdam specialising in monetary theory.

Liam Sides is an Associate Director within Oxford Economics’ Cities & Regions team. He is responsible for global research and analysis on urban economies and provides clients with in-depth insights into sub-national trends and developments across the world. With over a decade of experience in regional economic analysis, Liam has worked extensively across a range of sectors including local growth, skills, transport, and defence.

As a Business Development Manager at Oxford Economics, Ligia specializes in fostering partnerships with corporate clients and municipal governments across Canada. She helps organizations leverage economic data, forecasting tools, and research services to drive strategic decision-making and long-term growth. With a strong understanding of both the public and private sectors, Ligia passionate about connecting clients to the insights that shape smarter policies, investments, and business strategies.

]Lloyd Barton is Head of Thematic Macro Consulting at Oxford Economics, leading bespoke client research into long-term trends in the global economy and financial markets. His areas of specialism include macro forecasting & scenario analysis, global trade, banking & capital markets, real estate, and commercial advisory for infrastructure transactions.​ Lloyd holds degrees in Economics from the Universities of Cambridge and Warwick.

Louise Loo is the Head of Asia Economics at Oxford Economics. She leads the firm’s macroeconomic research and forecasting efforts on Greater China.

Prior to joining Oxford Economics, she was a senior economist at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs. At Goldman Sachs, she was also a long-term advisor to China Ministry of Finance and the China-based Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) with regards to their sovereign credit ratings.

Louise is a regular contributor to various international financial news outlets and has earned Economics and public policy degrees with Sheffield University and Columbia University.

Louw is a senior political analyst at Oxford Economics Africa. He joined the company in 2020 after five years with South Africa's official opposition party, serving as its operations director at Parliament and prior to that worked for five years at Crisis24 as a Political Risk Analyst. He has an obsessive relationship with African politics and covers South Africa and several other countries. Louw has a degree in PPE from the University of Stellenbosch.

Luke leads the Data Science and Machine Learning team across Economic Impact at OE with over 7 years' experience working as a professional econometrician. He holds extensive experience building and deploying econometric models, with a focus on leveraging machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies.
