Kristin is a Property Economist within the Building & Property Forecasting team. She has been involved in forecasting, analysis, writing and support work for various commercial property reports over the past 16+ years.

Kristin’s background is in economics and she is responsible for data collection and analysis, maintaining databases, conducting econometric analysis, forecasting and writing, preparing charts and tables for our subscription products in the non-residential sector.
