Tatiana joined OE in May 2021. From 2017 to 2021, she ran her own macroeconomic research boutique, Emerginomics, as the Founder and Chief Economist, specializing in coverage of selected ex-USSR economies.

From 2012 to 2016, she worked as Director in CEEMEA Research at the Royal Bank of Scotland. Previously, she was employed as an emerging market economist in three other major investment banks (Credit Suisse, ING, and Nomura).

Tatiana holds an MSc in Economics from the LSE (2001) and Diploma in Economics with Distinction from the LSE (2000). From 1988 to 1994, she studied Applied Mathematics at the Moscow University of Electronics and Mathematics.

Thalma obtained both her honours and master's degrees in Business Management and Administration cum laude and has published articles in internationally accredited journals in the scientific and economic fields. Before joining the company in February 2007, Thalma managed bio-analytical services development at a biotechnology firm.

Thang Nguyen-Quoc, Ph.D. leads Oxford Economics Asia’s Macro consulting team in Singapore. In this capacity, he supports clients with carrying out bespoke forecast and scenario modelling, as well as thought-leadership reports on trade and green transition. His core expertise is in policy analysis related to international trade and investment. His doctoral thesis evaluated the impacts of digitalization, protectionism and regionalism on the trade patterns of developing countries, using a range of econometric techniques.

Prior to joining OE in 2022, Thang spent a decade delivering flagship economic reports on Asian and African economies at the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in Paris. He also worked in various roles at the World Bank, National Academy of Social Sciences (US), and Vietnam Commercial Bank. He got a Ph.D. in International Economics from University Paris-Dauphine, M.Sc. from Barcelona School of Economics and B.A. from Ohio Wesleyan University.

Prior to IHS Automotive, Tim worked with MapInfo where he held sales and account responsibilities from such industries as retail, finance, package goods, not-for-profit and telecommunication. Mr. Wildner possesses extensive knowledge and experience in the field of sustainable finance
and regulation, with a track record of over 12 years. His expertise lies in nature-based
sustainable entrepreneurship, finance, and academia. He specializes in making financially and
strategically sound decisions pertaining to nature-related matters, while also navigating
through the corresponding regulatory frameworks. Mr. Wildner frequently lends his expertise
to regulators, standard setters, corporations, and non-profit organizations. Presently, he is
actively engaged in the development of sustainability reporting standards and guidance for
biodiversity (ESRS E4) as well as multiple economic sectors for EFRAG.


Mr. Wildner holds degrees in Business Administration, International Finance, Ecology, and
International Environmental and Financial Law from leading universities in Germany,
England, and Norway. He began his career as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs in
London and New York, then successfully transitioned into entrepreneurship and investment
in the global sustainable finance market, with a specific emphasis on renewable energy and
nature-based solutions.


With over 12 years of expertise in nature-based sustainable entrepreneurship, finance, and
academia, Mr. Wildner regularly provides his knowledge to academic, non-profit, and
governmental stakeholders, including the German Helmholtz & Leibniz Associations, WWF,
NABU, the European Commission, the Bundesbank or the Sustainable Finance Advisory
Committee to the German Government. As an appointed Advisor to the European Financial
Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG), Mr. Wildner is particularly involved in developing
sustainability reporting standards and guidance for biodiversity (ESRS E4) and various
economic sectors.


In his role as Global Head of Sustainable Finance & Standard Setting at the Value Balancing
Alliance, Mr. Wildner provides strategic advice and guidance to renowned international
corporations, including BASF, BMW, Novartis, SAP, and BNP Paribas. He works closely
with leading auditing and consultancy firms as well as standard setters like the ISSB and
TNFD.
