Liam has worked in the Scenarios, Stress Testing and Financial Modelling team since he joined Oxford Economics in 2017. He develops regulatory scenarios for financial clients including for IFRS9 and stress testing. He is also responsible for overseeing model development projects to enhance the financial market coverage on the Global Economic Model and building bespoke macro-financial models for clients.

Prior to joining Oxford Economics, Liam gained an undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Bath. As part of the course, he spent a placement year working at the Bank of England where he received the Governor’s award for his contributions during the EU referendum. In 2021, he completed a MSc at the University of Amsterdam specialising in monetary theory.
