本次中文研讨会聚焦特朗普再当选后的国际影响，以及在特朗普2.0时代下的中国战略。特朗普当选对中国施加更高关税的下行风险是可控的。在短期内，中国将运用货币以及财政政策合力缓解通缩风险，同时预留政策空间对冲外部冲击。中长期，中国将持续支持制造业发展，同时通过吸引外资以及鼓励对外投资同世界保持联通。
