Aedan McCotter is an Associate Director at Oxford Economics. He is responsible for running the US Cities and Regions Forecasting Service. He has extensive experience in regional forecasting, model building and economic analysis, and has also worked on a wide range of consultancy projects. Aedan graduated from Queen’s University Belfast in 2009 with first-class honours in BSc Finance, receiving the Financial Times award for top overall graduate, before later obtaining an MSc with distinction, also from Queen’s. Prior to joining Oxford Economics, Aedan worked as a Fund Accountant in the Financial Reporting department at Bank of Ireland Securities Services.

Anthony Light is Managing Director of City Services at Oxford Economics. He specialises in sub-national economic forecasting and analysis and is responsible for overseeing and developing our global suite of city subscription services and consultancy projects. He leads our group of city and regional experts and is a member of Oxford Economics’ global Senior Management Team. Prior to joining Oxford Economics in 2008, Anthony was Head of Economics at Experian Business Strategies. Anthony graduated from the University of Surrey in 1999, where he obtained a BSc (Hons) in Economics and Sociology.

Dmitriy Gruzinov is a Lead Economist at Oxford Economics, primarily responsible for managing the European Cities Forecasting service. He has extensive knowledge of sub-national data analysis and modelling, and has worked on a wide range on consultancy projects. Another key area of his expertise is modelling national and regional consumer spending by detailed categories.
Dmitriy graduated from the University of Bath, where he first obtained a BSc (Hons) Economics degree and then a distinction in MSc Economics and Finance. During his placement year Dmitriy worked at Cambridge Econometrics, where he gained his first experience of economic analysis.
