Job Summary

Oxford Economics, a leading global economic research and consultancy firm, is looking to hire a Sales and Office Administrator to help support the regional sales team and take a lead on office administration.

This position will be responsible for working with the Middle East Business Development team to help support new revenue generation activities as well as wider physical office management responsibilities.

This position will be an integral part of Oxford Economics’ global growth plans and is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company at the forefront of the industry.

The key responsibilities within this role are as follows:

Business Development

· Creating and managing the administration of opportunities within SalesForce

· Creating and managing trials of the subscription services including usage reports

· Create contracts for new clients

· Build and manage reports and dashboards on SalesForce

· Set-up and manage OE accounts on client vendor registration platforms

· Research target companies and sectors to identify opportunities

· Search lead generation tools for possible prospects, including ZoomInfo, SalesNavigator, Bloomberg, IPREO, RCA

· Monitor the news and current events and generate ideas for prospect approaches

· Work with marketing to organise client events and webinars

· Phone-based lead qualification and follow-up

· Cold call and follow up contact with prospects

· Create and coordinate prospecting outreach initiatives

Office Administration

· Order and manage office supplies – energy, HVAC, cleaning, stationary, F&B etc

· Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-maintained

· Coordinate repairs and maintenance of office equipment and facilities

· Greet and assist visitors to the office, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere

· Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner

· Handle inquiries and provide information to visitors, clients, and staff

· Draft and edit documents, letters, and emails as needed

· Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff

· Prepare meeting rooms and necessary materials for meetings and appointments

· Assist in the planning and coordination of company events, meetings, and conferences

· Take on additional tasks and projects as assigned by management

· Continuously seek opportunities to improve office processes and procedures

Skills and Experience:

· Must have strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively

· Must be a self-starter, with the drive to take ownership of problem solving and task delivery

· Must have strong attention to detail

· Fluent written and spoken English is essential. Fluency in spoken Arabic is desirable.

· A University degree is required

· 2-3 years of sales and/or office administration work

· Candidate must have strong presentation and writing skills

· Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
