We are currently seeking a high-calibre Marketing Intern to be based in our New York office. You will collaborate with our global marketing team on a wide variety of marketing activities to help achieve our goals. This part-time, paid internship is an excellent opportunity to experience various aspects of marketing and content development.

Key Responsibilities

Providing creative, administrative, and logistical support for a wide variety of marketing programs—including content generation, media relations, social media engagement, lead generation, and event planning. Working with members of the global marketing team, contributions will include:

  • Uploading gated content to the website, ensuring content is optimized for SEO
  • Creation, upload, and SEO optimization of new blog posts
  • Work with marketing team members to develop social media strategy and tactics for various content types
  • Creation of social media posts for global and local activities that will maximize engagement
  • Help develop email campaigns, including building target lists, setting up the emails in the marketing automation platform, and reporting on results
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive research
  • Prepare promotional marketing materials to support sales activities
  • Develop content for the monthly staff newsletter and regular internal notifications
  • Help distribute marketing materials and review the current distribution process, making improvement suggestions

Person Specification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills discipline;
  • Good organizational skills, detail-oriented and efficient
  • Ability to use Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Design skills a plus
  • Experience in using design, marketing automation, or CRM platforms would be an advantage
  • Preferably a college student or recent graduate majoring in marketing, communications, journalism or similar; or with a previous experience in marketing, copywriting or journalism
  • Right to work in the US
