The "upwardly mobile" enterprise
By the end of 2013, there will be approximately 1.4 billion smartphone users. Over 79% of subscribers use their devices to purchase goods and services, and yet only a handful of business leaders are taking advantage of these new mobile opportunities. This paper, based on our survey of over 600 companies and 30 interviews, shows just how mobile strategy leaders outperform their peers and their insight as to where the more advanced companies are headed.
