Space Matters: Shaping the Workplace to Get the Right Work Done
Digital technologies are profoundly recalibrating the way we need to work. To enable co-creation and collaboration, and harness the productive energy these approaches generate, organizations need to reimagine the interplay between workspace, performance and culture.
To better understand the interplay between workspace and work, we conducted a study of 500 business decision makers to find out how leaders see workspace evolving and what they are doing to supercharge the space around them. We discovered that workspace can exert a totemic pull for people both inside and outside the company, and can be used to reset the organization’s narrative and redirect its people to the work that really matters – the work necessary for capturing future value and attaining digital mastery. This is why the future of space matters.
