Recovery Tracker falters in first half of November

The Canada Recovery Tracker (CRT) faltered in the first half of November, falling 1.4ppts to 103.9 in the week ended November 12, after a 1.2ppt retreat the week prior. Only two of the seven subcomponents rose, with weakening sentiment and deteriorating health conditions leading the declines.
