Sydney Suburban Centres and Office Parks 2021 - 2031

​The current lockdown presents another setback to Sydney’s non-CBD office market after it took a hit during last year’s recession. Positive market indicators in H1 2021 (recovering employment and stronger leasing enquiry) have stalled or reversed. Any marked pick-up in net absorption is unlikely before H2 2022, once most staff have returned to the office.​
