Recovery Tracker sinks after brief rebound
Our Latin America Recovery Tracker fell 2.8 points in the week ending Jan. 15 after a modest rebound of 1.6 points the week before. All countries receded, but the drop in Colombia’s index was the largest since the recovery started last April.
