Sydney Suburban Centres and Office Parks 2020 - 2030

​Sydney's suburban office markets are part way through a marked downturn caused by a combination of strong supply and weak demand. Vacancy rates have risen to a non-CBD average of over 9%, on track for a peak of 12%. Leasing incentives are up and effective rents down, with further damage to come before a recovery emerges after 2022.​
