Sydney Suburban Centres and Office Parks 2020 - 2030

Sydney’s suburban office markets have already seen vacancy rates increase and effective rents fall as a result of the pandemic-induced recession. We expect it will be another couple of years before the market troughs; in that time, further marked rises in vacancies and falls in rents can be expected.
