The Adelaide office market has enjoyed robust net absorption of late.
However, the CBD vacancy rate is estimated to have risen in 2H19 as a result of
new stock coming on stream. This has reined in the nascent recovery in rental
growth and the improvement in A grade leasing incentives appears to have
stalled. The market recovery is likely to remain slow, but should be sustained.
As a result, the Adelaide CBD office market offers the prospect of solid
returns over the long term.
