China picks up, but other EMs are lagging

Real activity picked up in China for the fourth month in a row, though the recovery is still modest. The other EMs are yet to see clear improvement. The biggest drag comes from India, where the performance of both manufacturing and retail is bleak despite November bringing some improvement in sentiment.
