Inner Sydney Apartments 2019 Update

​Recent declines in apartment rents and prices in the Inner Sydney area – brought about largely by a boom in completions and borrowing constraints - should be reversed from this year on. However, growth will be subdued at first before building momentum in the mid 2020s. There's some upside risks to our forecasts for both rents and prices should lesser supply eventuate due to funding and pre-sale difficulties.
