How much lift can Lam’s new policy measures give?

This year’s Policy Address included some fiscal stimulus and laid out plans to address fundamental problems affecting Hong Kong’s population – particularly on land and housing. We expect the economy to remain weak in the near term, but fiscal stimulus may help support growth, and more could come if needed.
