With an election looming, no-deal Brexit is still a risk

Though legislation to force Boris Johnson to seek an Article 50 extension appears likely to pass, there’s still a significant risk that the UK could leave the EU without a deal on October 31. The likelihood of a no-deal Brexit now rests on the timing – and outcome – of a general election.
