Brexit – a week where nothing has changed

While it may have been a week high on political drama, to all intents and purposes nothing has changed. There is likely to be a short extension to Article 50 talks, but this will merely shift the deadline back by a few months and the fundamental choice will remain the same. To avoid “no deal”, MPs must revoke Article 50, approve the Withdrawal Agreement or agree a longer extension – they are still no closer to confronting those choices.
