Late cycle? Not necessarily: lessons from wizardry of Aus

Amid growing concerns that global expansions are showing increased evidence of age-related vulnerabilities, Australia’s unbroken 28-year expansion is an important reminder that softer landings are feasible and may become more so with age. We think Australia’s expansion will live to celebrate at least its 30th birthday, and we still see global recession risks at 25% over the next two years.
