Perth Commercial Property Market 2018-2018

Whilst the Perth office market has past the trough in the cycle, recovery remains painfully slow. Some commentators are forecasting an imminent rebound off the back of surprisingly stronger office employment growth—and strengthening net absorption—this year, but we do not expect this to be sustained.  Even under an optimistic net absorption scenario, it will take at least three years for the CBD vacancy rate to fall below 10%.
