In a speech at the New York Economic Club, Fed Chair Powell highlighted that interest rates are “just below” neutral signaling a slightly more dovish monetary policy tilt. Notwithstanding, Powell reiterated that “there is a great deal to like” about the economy and the outlook, suggesting that the Fed will continue to proceed with gradual rate hikes ahead.
