The upswing in the Sydney suburban office market is well underway, with at least three to four years of undersupply anticipated. Projects underway, focused on North Sydney, Parramatta, Macquarie Park and Eveleigh will not prevent a shortage of space.
We forecast further rises in rents and property values to come. Longer term, the critical point is the upswing will not last indefinitely.
