Household debt: a global map of risks

Based on the latest IMF Global Financial Stability report we identify those economies where household debt could pose a risk to growth and financial stability. Australia, Canada, Korea, Norway, and Switzerland are of specific concern as household debt is growing at exceptionally fast rates from already elevated debt stocks.
