A pipeline of around 10,000 units is expected to commence over 2022 and 2023, with most mooted developments located in Victoria. Modest performance and heightened cash flow risks in other property asset classes, alongside supportive state government legislative shifts and a tightening rental market are providing significant tailwinds.
