Reports to: Associate Director
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
As an Analyst/junior economist, you will have 2+ years experience in a similar role (economics or data analytics) and will be looking to further your career. You will hold a very good economics degree or similar (honours preferred but not essential). You will want to apply your economics/analytical skills and industry knowledge to conduct research into construction, infrastructure and mining markets, but also have an interest to how developments in these markets affect the broader Australian economy.
This work will generally involve data gathering, designing and implementing quantitative methodologies, contributing to presentations/written reports, and supporting senior economists during client presentations.
