Focus Economics Awards: Oxford Economics tops Analyst Forecast Awards for 2022

Oxford Economics is proud to announce that we topped FocusEconomics’ Analyst Forecast Awards this year, with 66 first-place rankings across the main macroeconomic indicators for 100 countries and 19 commodity prices in 2021.

Looking at all the rankings over the last five years demonstrates the consistency of our forecast accuracy across macroeconomic indicators and countries.

This forecast accuracy is a testament to the expertise of our global team of 300 economists and analysts and our unique Global Economic Model.

Our economic model provides a rigorous and consistent structure for forecasting and testing scenarios, addressing questions on a wide range of economic topics, such as the impact of oil price changes or the effects of slower growth in a major economy.
