Oxford Economics Brexit Forum
Tuesday 22nd March | 10:00am to 12:30pm
The event took place at 1 Great George Street, London, and coincided with the release of a research initiative undertaken by Oxford Economics. Entitled “Assessing the Economic Implications of Brexit,” the study addresses a major gap in the public debate by providing a comprehensive and impartial assessment of Brexit for economic activity in the UK and the rest of the world.
Henry Worthington, Associate Director, and Ian Mulheirn, Director of Consulting at Oxford Economics, presented the study’s main findings and conclusions, including an assessment of a number of exit scenarios that could follow a decisive vote to leave the EU. Lord Lawson (Vote Leave), Lord Darling (Stronger in campaign), and John Walker (Chairman, Oxford Economics) then provided their views in a panel debate.
