Oxford Economics is one of the world's leading economic consultancies, providing analysis and advice on a wide range of macro and micro issues to international institutions, governments and blue-chip companies.

We are looking for high-calibre economists to join our expanding forecasting and consultancy teams based in London, Oxford and Belfast. We have positions in a number of areas:

  • International macroeconomic and forecasting services - we provide clients with forecasts and reports for over      175 countries; regular briefings on economic prospects and risks; and bespoke scenario analysis.
  • Regional modelling and consultancy - we are expanding our successful UK regional modelling and forecasting      services to cover European and US regions and also to provide more detailed information on local economies in the UK.
  • Sectoral forecasting and consultancy - we provide detailed forecasts and market assessments for clients across a      range of industries, and are particularly interested in expanding our services with the property, construction, retail and      tourism sectors.
  • Economic Consultancy - we have increasing demand from clients for detailed research and advice across a range of      areas, including national and regional economic policy (both in the UK and overseas), energy policy and economic impact      studies.
  • The successful candidates for Senior Economist and Consultant positions will have at least five years' experience and be ambitious to develop their careers. Excellent analytical, quantitative and presentational skills, as well as the ability to manage large forecasting or consultancy projects, are essential.

    We also have positions available for talented Economists who are looking for opprtunities to broaden their experience and take on more responsibilities working directly with clients.
